Tiny Tot Tuesday: Haiku Baby

You know, usually I like to share some pix from our life (BECAUSE IT’S SO DARN FASCINATING!) along with our books, but sometimes I come across books that just need the spotlight all to themselves.

Are you ready for some serious cuteness? No, like really. Maybe some of the cutest stuff I’ve ever had on this blog. Do you want to lay down? You may need to lay down. Ok, here is ‘Haiku Baby’:

Betsy Snyder just shot straight almost to the tippy top of my Awesome List. She doesn’t unseat Gyo Fujikawa because that’s impossible, but whoa nelly does she give quite a smack down in the adorable department.

I’m not going to be coherent (Am I ever?) in today’s book discussion. See, here’s my master plan – I like show things that review themselves. Aren’t I clever?

Instead I’m going type-squeal like this: Is this not the most precious thing EVER??

“SNOW - high on mountaintop, hippo watches snowflakes dance – winter has begun.”

It gets better my friends. Check out ‘Sweet Dreams Lullaby’ :

“The day is done. It’s time for bed. Let peaceful moments fill your head. So cuddle up and snuggle in, and let your happy dreams begin. Dream of comforts all around, in soothing colors, shapes and sounds.”

OMG!!! Did you see the LITTLE BUNNY constellation??? Yep, that’s how I’m reviewing today. But I’m not done yet.

In ‘Have You Tickled a Tiger?’ you are encouraged to touch and feel a walrus, a hedgehog, an armadillo, a penguin and others. . . including a tiger. Among the tactile treats in this book are invitations to poke, tickle, kiss and scratch the various exotic animals. SO DARLING!!!

You can check out Betsy Snyder’s website, if you didn’t get enough cuteness. Pregnant friends of mine? I would like to inform you all that you are getting these books.
