Rainbow Connection

I want the weather to be like it is in this picture all the time. Most of the time? Some of the time? I want to get Julia this bunch of balloons.

I am totally doing this to my nails. I love it! Found this dose of nail fab on Hello Sandwich.

The greatest rainbow cake in the history of the world from Sweetopolita. That you can also DRAW ON. Also, see HERE for my friend Robyn's amazing rainbow color-filled birthday bash for her daughter and her own spin on rainbow cake.

Andrew would rather eat giant rainbow cookies than rainbow cake. (via How Sweet It Is.)

Over the rainbow - Colored Pencils fine art photography 5x7 print - colored pencil photo - colorful rainbow colors - children room decor
I adore this rainbow pencil art print from Etsy!

I adore reading  'A Rainbow of My Own' by Don Freeman because it's super lovely and the rainbow is extra rainbowliciouslyrainbowy. And THAT is word creation hitting a new level, peeps.

A rainbow in our front yard! Basically, I want to see rainbows, eat rainbows, draw rainbows and then read about them.

And here's one more rainbow cake. Because there can never be too much rainbow cake.

  1. I love rainbows! Sweet rainbow story: My hubby and I were married in February, so of course it was a rainy day. But the rain stopped every time we went outside for pictures or to get in the car to drive to our next destination. We were on our way to the reception when the clouds parted and a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky! :)

    2. I gotta jump in on this section of the comments because... Trapper and I got engaged on a rainy September day- and yes moments after he got up off of one knee the clouds parted and a beautiful rainbow appeared. I was all in awe about it and said something to the affect of how it couldn't be any more perfect and he said... "the rainbow appearing would be even more perfect if we were gay" -that's us for you, change the romantic moment into comedy... and the marriage continues in the same vein. :)

And, have you seen the melted crayon art stuff--very cool and rainbow-ish!

As for yesterday's post-- holy nice weather, you weren't kidding (we happened to be in your neck of the woods for a day or so and I was all braced for rain-- thank you weather fairies! So much!)

    1. I feel like they have a Meaningful Life Message for me, if only I were with it enough to understand what it was.

Also, you had tons of Sanrio???!! My mom never let me have any b/c she thought it was "tacky". Now look at me. I've taken to the internet to shout about how much I love it.
