A Spine Poem

What's a spine poem? I had no idea until just a few days ago. My friend Helen, from the glorious site Curly Birds, shared her creation and invited others to participate. Basically spine poetry is where you stack up random books and then read the spine titles, creating a poem!

Here's mine:

Toad cottages & shooting stars.

I'll be you and you be me,

around the year,

once upon a time in the kitchen.

Oh say can you say?

"Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle's magic".

Come follow me.....

my milk toof.

Who wants to be a poodle? I DON'T.

night-night, little pookie.

Wouldn't this be fun to have your kiddos do? April is National Poetry month. Happy poem creation!

  1. Tee hee! I like how you got "my milk toof" in there! ;o)

I've seen these pop up all over the place, and thought about getting the girls to help me with one. Perhaps that shall be our April conclusion...
