No idea where this outfit came from, I assume from my mom. Ditto the shoes.
Did you all have a lovely Easter? We had a grand time. Saw cherry blossoms. Ate candy. Wore cheerful colors. Sighed a happy sigh for Spring weather, which arrived just in time for Easter weekend.
'Bunny Rabbit in the Sunlight' is the SWEETEST! All about animals in all types of light. Star light, dawn light, porch light. Just right for the tiny toddler at this time of year.
Oh, she's so adorable. I love her parasol! And the watering can! And her fruity dress!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a Caspar Babypants book. I love the music, though. (And my husband still has his Presidents of the United States of America cd somewhere...)
That fruity dress was just fab. My mom went so dress crazy when she was born, sometimes I'd have to dress her in an outfit, take a pic, just so we'd have evidence that the dress was on her at some point. She never got much wear out of any of her dresses b/c most of the time she was in a T and pants.....oh well. Someone has been getting a scorching deal at the consignment store over the years!
DeleteKitten just asked "Mama is her three like me?" not anymore! I can't tell if she's two or three here though. But she is adorable. And I remember you mentioning cat Robin before. Now I can put a face to the name. :) That book looks super sweet. It's a new one to me. Glad you had a good Easter!
ReplyDeleteOh SO CUTE!! She's 3 here. Oh Robin. Whenever he comes up in conversation, it always begins with "Poor Robin." head shake. That poor cat had such tremendous issues and everyone thought he was the ugliest cat in the world. He was so sweet though. He loved to puke in our heating vents. Poor Robin. (see??)
DeleteToddler Julia is ADORABLE! She is so sweet in her little dress and watering can! And that's a very cute book. I am building a mini library for my baby right now so I more than welcome your posts with book suggestions for baby/toddler age, and seeing little Julia will be fun as well! See Win/Win :D
ReplyDeleteOh good! I have lots of friends/family with small babies, so I love to show baby books from time to time. We began really reading to Julia in earnest when she was 6 months old, and she just loooooved all of her little baby books.
DeleteMaybe if we all wore cute dresses and shoes as we go about our daily work, the chores wouldn't be so miserable. Little girls seem to find join in the most mundane tasks, if they get to wear dress up clothes as they do them. Very sweet pictures.
ReplyDeleteTOTALLY AGREE Dana! And such fun vibrant colors too. I would wear most of Julia's wardrobe, if the clothes came in adult sizes!
DeleteShe's a doll with that little watering can! My daughter never got much wear out of her dresses either (pants were just easier!)
ReplyDeleteat least we can get the outfits on film, eh? :)
DeleteThese are adorable. She is SO cute. I love it.
ReplyDeletePoor kitty!
Great share.
We spent our hanging with family. It was grand.
Poor Robin! I can't refer to him any other way. :)
DeleteShe's so cute! oh, I love her. And glad you got some spring weather--we finally did too! Poor Robin--he looks like a sweet kitty. Our cat has recently taken to the outdoors. I hope we don't have any coyotes out here...
ReplyDeleteSee? Poor Robin! One can't help oneself! He was such a nice boy. And had such terrible probs with throwing up and pooping. I got all excited about the spring weather, changed all the flannel duvets to non-flannel.....and now the temps are supposed to go back down. Gah! xoxoxo
DeleteJulia! So cute as a tiny person! Oh, and I LOVE that book! All the patterns and such...so prettttttyyyyy!
ReplyDeleteShe was such a funny little bean...still is!!! The book is so great, it's so fun and fresh and vibrant :)
DeleteAHHH! The adorableness! I really need to be better about the documentation of my childrens' lives! And the printing off of photos. Taking them is no problem, doing something with them, thats not my strong suit. You do such a lovely job here on the blog of highlighting Julia and her fun!
ReplyDeleteThanks Whitney!!!! Hope J doesn't mind all my 'documenting' when she looks back on this as a teen, hee :)
